Shipping Policy

Olivia Goes Global carefully prepares and packs each order from our studio in St. Augustine, Florida.

Orders ship Monday through Friday. Customer service emails are answered Monday thru Friday.

SHIPPING TIMETABLE

All orders are fulfilled within 2–3 business days after the order is placed. The estimated arrival dates provided by our website are estimates and not guarantees.

Please note we are not responsible for exhaustive delays. Once a product leaves our studio and enters into the hands of a shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee the estimated delivery times as advised by carriers. If you suspect your package is missing or excessively delayed in transit, we ask that you consult your local shipping facility and file a claim for the package. We do not offer refunds for packages that arrive later than the estimated delivery date.

Do note that packages often endure significant delays during holiday times and peak online purchase times. We ask that you be mindful of this when making a purchase.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship all domestic orders via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Please note that Olivia Goes Global does not charge a handling fee. All shipping costs are based solely on weight and destination. If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select a UPS delivery method for a guaranteed arrival date.

First Class Shipping

USPS First Class Shipping proves to be the least expensive option but is quite often severely delayed in transit. USPS First Class is not priority shipping and can take on average 4-9 business days to arrive according to the USPS website. During peak shipping times and the holiday season, the window for delivery using first class can exceed 21 days in transit. If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select a UPS shipping method for a guaranteed arrival date. We do not offer refunds for packages delayed in transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note international orders have extended delivery times and all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. Olivia Goes Global is not associated with these fees and cannot predict what they will be on the receiving end of the shipment. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Refunds

We take great care to communicate the specifications of our products. Our products are sold on an “as is” basis. We do not offer refunds for products that are as described on our website. However, in a rare case that a product arrives damaged or significantly different than as described, we do offer refunds or exchanges.

Olivia Goes Global accepts returns within 30 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at info@oliviagoesglobal.com to initiate a return. Once we receive the product at the studio, we will notify you via email and issue a refund of the purchase price, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Any items purchased at a discounted price or personalized are final sale.

Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.
